Mevlid draws upon the timeless verses of Süleyman Çelebi’s Tevhid Bahri, the opening section of his celebrated Mevlid-i Şerif, written in honor of the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (S.A.V).
Traditional Sufi melodies intertwine with contemporary sonic textures. Classical makam structures and hypnotic dhikr motifs are reimagined, allowing this spiritual heritage to unfold as a transcendent and immersive listening experience.
